Change of Mind

After work has substantially begun on your plan. Once we have invested significant time in research and drafting, refunds are limited.

Dissatisfaction with Business Viability Conclusions

We provide honest analysis. If our research indicates challenges with your business concept, market, or financial projections, that is valuable information, not a defect in our service.

Requests Outside Original Scope

Additional sections, different industries, or services not included in your tier. These require a new order or upgrade.

Loan or Funding Denial

We guarantee professional, lender-ready format. We cannot guarantee loan approval, which depends on your creditworthiness, collateral, lender criteria, and market conditions.

Late Refund Request

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after plan delivery. Exceptions may be made for extraordinary circumstances.

Information You Provided Was Inaccurate

If errors in your plan result from incorrect information you provided in the intake form. We build plans based on your inputs.

If the issue can be addressed through revision, we will offer to revise your plan at no additional cost before processing a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. We cannot refund to a different card or payment method than the one used for purchase.

Confirmation

You will receive:

  • Email confirmation when your refund is approved
  • Email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Receipt from Stripe showing the refund transaction

Currency

All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). If you paid in another currency, your refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund:

  • You received significant value from the work (e.g., usable research, partial plan)
  • The issue is a matter of preference rather than specification compliance

How Partial Refunds Are Calculated

Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Value of deliverables already provided
  • Time and resources invested
  • Nature of the issue requiring refund

We will provide a clear explanation of how we calculated any partial refund offer. You may accept the partial refund or request further review.

Cancellations

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we have begun work on your plan (typically before you complete the intake form), you will receive a full refund.

After Work Begins

If you cancel after work has begun, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed:

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@bizplanstudio.com with your order number. The sooner you cancel, the higher your refund will be.

If you disagree with our refund decision, you have options:

You may request a second review of your refund request. A different team member will independently evaluate your case. Include any additional information or documentation that supports your request.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company, please contact us first. Chargebacks are costly for small businesses and can often be avoided through direct communication. We are committed to fair resolution.

If you do initiate a chargeback, we will respond with documentation of our service delivery and any communication regarding your refund request.

Final Resolution

Per our Terms of Service, unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration. However, we rarely reach this point and prefer to resolve issues directly.
