Service Overview

BizPlanStudio provides AI-assisted, human-reviewed business planning services. Our team creates custom, professional business plans and operations materials tailored to your specific business needs, industry, and target market.

Our service combines the efficiency of AI technology with the expertise of human business consultants. Every plan undergoes human review by professionals with MBA-level business education or equivalent experience (5+ years in business consulting, lending, or operations).

Quality Guarantee

Every plan meets our quality standards or we revise it at no cost. If we cannot meet your tier specifications, you receive a full refund.

Order Process

When you place an order with BizPlanStudio, you agree to the following process:

  1. Select your tier and complete payment. All orders require full payment at checkout via Stripe.
  2. Complete the intake form. After payment, you will be directed to our intake form where you provide detailed information about your business. The quality of your plan depends on the quality of information you provide.
  3. We create your plan. Our team researches your industry and market, creates your custom business plan, and reviews it for quality and accuracy.
  4. Review and revise. You receive your completed plan via email. Review it and request any revisions within your tier allocation.

Work begins within 1 business day of intake form completion. If you do not complete the intake form within 30 days of payment, your order may be cancelled and refunded, less a 10% processing fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at checkout via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods supported by Stripe.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is non-refundable once work has substantially begun, except as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • By completing payment, you authorize us to begin work and agree to these Terms of Service
  • You will receive an email receipt from Stripe confirming your payment

Add-On Services

Optional add-on services may be purchased at checkout:

  • Rush Delivery ($200): Reduces turnaround time by 40%
  • Extra Revision ($100): Additional revision round beyond tier allocation
  • Deep Dive Research ($150): Extended market and competitor analysis
  • Advisory Call ($200): 30-minute consultation call with a business advisor

Delivery Timeline

Turnaround times begin when you complete the intake form, not when you place your order. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and the following US holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

If we anticipate any delay beyond your quoted turnaround time, we will notify you by email. Delays caused by waiting for additional information from you do not count against our turnaround commitment.

Revisions Policy

Each tier includes a specified number of revisions:

  • Quick Tier: 1 revision
  • Standard Tier: 2 revisions
  • Premium Tier: 3 revisions

What Counts as a Revision

A revision is a single round of feedback and changes. You may submit multiple items in one revision request. Each revision round typically takes 2-3 business days.

Revision Scope

Revisions must be within the original scope of your project. Revisions include:

  • Correcting errors or inaccuracies
  • Adjusting tone, formatting, or presentation
  • Updating numbers based on corrected input data
  • Clarifying or expanding existing sections

Revisions do NOT include:

  • Adding entirely new sections not in your tier
  • Changing your business concept or industry
  • Rewriting for a different audience or purpose
  • Creating additional documents beyond your tier

Revision Deadline

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your plan. After 14 days, revisions are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond your tier allocation are available for $100 each. You may also purchase the Extra Revision add-on at checkout.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver a high-quality business plan, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information. The quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Financial projections are based on your inputs and assumptions.
  • Complete the intake form promptly. Delays in completing the intake form delay your project start date.
  • Respond to questions in a timely manner. If we need clarification, please respond within 2 business days to avoid delays.
  • Review your plan carefully. You are responsible for verifying that all facts about your business are accurate before using the plan.
  • Use the plan lawfully. You may not use our plans for fraudulent purposes, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity.

Industry Restrictions

We do not provide services for businesses in the following industries:

  • Cannabis and marijuana-related businesses (including CBD)
  • Firearms, weapons, and ammunition
  • Adult entertainment and products
  • Gambling, casinos, and sports betting
  • Cryptocurrency, digital assets, and blockchain ventures
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) and network marketing
  • Investment vehicles, hedge funds, and securities

If you place an order for a restricted industry, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If we discover your business falls into a restricted category after work has begun, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your payment.

Intellectual Property

Your Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, you own complete rights to your business plan and all delivered materials. You may use, modify, distribute, and publish them as you see fit for your business purposes. We do not retain any ownership interest in your completed plan.

Our Rights

We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts, statistics, and samples from completed projects for portfolio samples, marketing materials, and training purposes. We will never share:

  • Your business name or identifying information
  • Your specific financial data
  • Your contact information
  • Any confidential information you mark as such

If you do not want any portion of your plan used for portfolio or marketing purposes, please notify us in writing at support@bizplanstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Pre-Existing Materials

Our templates, frameworks, industry research, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use these as part of your delivered plan, but you may not resell or redistribute our templates or methodologies separately.

Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Funding Approval

We guarantee professional quality and SBA-ready formatting. We do NOT guarantee loan approval, investor funding, or any specific business outcome.

Not Professional Advice

Our business plans are planning documents, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors) before making significant business decisions.

Projections Are Estimates

Financial projections in your business plan are estimates based on the information and assumptions you provide. Actual results will vary. Projections are not guarantees of future performance.

Market Research Limitations

Market research included in your plan is based on publicly available data and our proprietary research methods. Market conditions change, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of market data over time.

Funding Approval

Loan and funding approval depends on factors outside our control:

  • Your personal credit history and score
  • Available collateral
  • Lender-specific criteria and policies
  • Current lending market conditions
  • Regulatory requirements

Our plans are designed to maximize your chances by meeting lender expectations for format, content, and professionalism.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the content of your business plan, including investment decisions, hiring decisions, lease agreements, or operational changes.
  • We are not liable for any third-party actions, including lender decisions, investor decisions, or regulatory actions.

These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@bizplanstudio.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BizPlanStudio.

Jury Trial Waiver

Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial for any disputes arising from these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

Orders placed before a terms change are subject to the terms in effect at the time of order.
