2. Scope of Work by Trade
2.1 Demolition (If Applicable)
Scope:
- Remove existing interior partitions as indicated on demolition plan
- Remove existing ceiling grid and tiles in affected areas
- Remove existing flooring in affected areas
- Cap abandoned plumbing and electrical
- Protect building systems not being modified
- Haul-off and disposal of all demolition debris
- Clean and prepare space for new construction
